Uno Hill Barn is a state-of-the-art approximately 4,000-square-foot structure that is centrally heated and air conditioned. It has a large fireplace, two terraces, and a magnificent view of the pineywoods. Offering the latest in audio visual capabilities and internet connectivity, it is a location that has unlimited possibilities in its usage. Located about a block off the main grounds, Uno Hill has its own catering kitchen, restroom facilities, and parking area.
The Garden Cottage is a cozy climate-controlled area on the main grounds that is ideal for smaller groups. Located in the stable complex, it overlooks the Stable Courtyard. It contains 2 medium-sized rooms connected by a small foyer and has a catering kitchen.
The Stable Complex Courtyard is a wonderful outdoor setting for group events. Covered with a canopy of giant oak trees, the courtyard has permanent lighting and can be set up in a variety of fashions.
In comfortable weather, the picnic area is a tranquil outdoor setting for group luncheons. The Pebble Hill staff can arrange catering for 10 or more with advance notice.
Several options can be considered to enhance group visits. Group orientations, wagon rides, and Main House tours can all be available with advance notice.
