The Fall Sampler on the first Sunday of October is a day of family fun on the grounds. Typically there are demonstrations that include dog retrieving, horse jumping, fly fishing, and fall flower arranging. Children and adults alike clamor to experience a wagon ride. Younger children can have a pony ride or try their hand at apple bobbing. Children from 2-12 can receive free admission by coloring our Fall Sampler coloring sheet and bringing it to the event.
A visit to the Fall Sampler Photo Gallery will furnish a peek at the festivities from this year as well as years previous.
Regular Main House tours will not be conducted this day, but some rooms will be open for viewing. Make your plans now to attend this fun-filled afternoon.
