Garden Club Members Clean Up PHP Cemeteries

Members of the Granada Garden Club enjoyed a beautiful fall Saturday morning at PHP while helping  with cemetery maintenance. Thanks to all for the assistance!

members of clubThe club secretary reported. . .
“It was a beautiful day at Pebble Hill Plantation on Saturday. We worked at two of the cemeteries; toured a home on the plantation that is being remodeled; had a very pleasant walk through the Japanese Gardens (We were surprised to see a fox in the garden, and he was very surprised to see us!); went shopping at the plantation gift shop; and best of all, Jean brought delicious chocolate chip cookies to share with all of our hard working group. After our visit to the plantation was complete, everyone went to Joy's home to see her wonderful new deck. The deck was perfect for sitting in the warm sunshine and visiting. Five of us left Joy's house and continued our special time together with a delightful lunch at the Scoop. Thanks to Jean, Molly, Joy, Mary Kay, Tonda, and Erin for making our project a great success.”
