PrintWhat You Need to Know before you tour
- You should plan on a minimum of 2 to 3 hours to visit our site.
- You must buy an admission ticket to enter Pebble Hill.
- Since both the grounds tour and the Main House tour are walking tours, comfortable shoes are recommended.
- Touring the grounds is on a self-guided basis - a map will be furnished to you.
- The Main House tour is optional, but the only way to view the Main House is by a guided tour.
- Our Main House tour narrative is available in French, German, Japanese, and Spanish.
- Pebble Hill's Main House is wheelchair accessible, but we do not have wheelchairs available for rental.
- The Main House elevator will not accommodate large motorized wheelchairs.
- Photography is not permitted inside the Main House.
- Children must be 6 years or older to tour the Main House.
- We have two climate-controlled areas with seating: the Visitors' Center and the Plantation Store.
- Restrooms are located in the Visitors' Center across from the parking lot and in the bathhouse by the swimming pool on the east end of the Main House.
- We have a picnic area; snacks can be purchased in the Plantation Store or you may bring your own.
- You may choose to pay by cash or use VISA, MasterCard, or American Express.
