*The Damage Fee is refundable at Pebble Hill's discretion within thirty (30) business days following the event, provided reasonable care is taken with the facility, there were no damages or additional rental items, or additional labor.
The Uno Hill Barn grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the facility offers a magnificent view of the piney woods.The state of-the-art-3,000-square-foot structure is centrally heated and air conditioned. Approximately 250 people can be seated inside at round tables. A large fireplace creates a special focal point. Offering the latest in audio visual capabilities, this site has three large monitors and a drop-down screen for presentations.
Three adjacent terraces provide approximately 1,800 additional square feet of space.
This site has unlimited possibilities in its usage, from formal to casual. Let the Pebble Hill staff customize “just the right setup” for your special occasion.
Uno Hill Barn is located about a block off the Main Grounds and has its own catering kitchen, restroom facilities, and parking area.
